We are looking for a Front Desk Receptionist to join a well-established audiology practice with locations in Boulder, Broomfield, and Lafayette, CO! This full-time job opportunity is seeking an individual that is motivated and energetic with strong customer service skills.

REQUIREMENTS
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent
- 1-2 years of experience with customer service in a medical field (preferred)
- Have excellent phone etiquette, verbal and written communication skills.
- Be able to have organizational skills, a high attention to detail, and be a team player.
- Ability to be compassionate, multitask, maintain confidentiality
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Greeting customers within the practice and informing providers of the patients arrival
- Answering phones, forwarding calls to the appropriate individual, and taking provider messages as necessary
- Scheduling appointments, registering patients, and verifying insurance benefits
- Creating and organizing electronic medical records
- Assisting in payment collection / invoicing
