Quality Control Inspector

We are seeking 2-3 QC Inspectors to join our production/manufacturing team on A shift or B shift This person is responsible for inspecting all items that come in and exit the company.

Schedule:

• 4x 10 hour days
• 1st shift - 5am to 330pm - M-Th
• 2nd shift - 3pm to 130am - M-Th (Training on 1st shift - 2 weeks)

Job description:

Ideally looking for candidates with QC experience in a manufacturing environment to complete and document first piece inspections, first article, in process and final inspections.

• Conduct inspections of incoming materials, in-process components, and finished products to ensure compliance with quality standards
• Use precision measuring instruments such as calipers and micrometers to perform accurate measurements
• Collect and analyze data from inspections to identify trends or areas for improvement
• Document inspection results and maintain accurate records of quality control activities
• Collaborate with production teams to address any quality issues and implement corrective actions
• Participate in quality audits and assist in the development and implementation of quality control procedures

Job requirements:

We are looking for someone who does have experience in quality review, good attention to detail, strong math skills and good computer skills.
