Summary of Responsibilities
Plan, execute and finalize projects according to timelines and budget requirements. Collect as per protocol on all projects.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
· Ability to manage multiple residential and commercial projects simultaneously and monitor to completion
· Manage job file documentation, job profitability and efficiencies
· Communicate effectively with homeowners, property managers and insurance adjusters
- Professionally and effectively address customer concerns and follow through to resolution
- Create and/or review job scopes and ensure job processes and procedures are followed
- Attend all Work-in-Progress meetings and maintain a written summary of meetings
- Review all job paperwork (scope, estimate, job diary and work order(s) to ensure staff is prepared to do the job efficiently.
- Act as secondary representative to client. Provide metrics on revenue, costs, collections and workload
- Proactively communicate with Construction Manager on project statuses, subcontractor performance, supplements and any issues that may arise on projects
Performance Expectations
· Responsible for all collections on projects to maintain minimal AR 30-60 and 0 AR >60 days. For projects exceeding $5,000 an initial draw will be collected at the start of the project along with the deductible. AR will be notified for invoicing. Responsible for collecting final payment upon signing of the COS
· If there is a mortgage or RCV payment outstanding the PM must get the COS signed as soon as work is completed. This is a required document for collecting the final draw or RCV payment
· Update notes for each job a minimum of once per week
· Attend weekly WIP meetings
· Ensure subcontractor invoices are turned in upon completion of their work and clearly state the job number. Invoices must be entered as soon as possible to provide insight on job profit margin

- Requires a thorough knowledge of the restoration industry
- Strong customer service skills. Must be able to effectively demonstrate a positive brand awareness through all interactions with customers for mitigation
- Contact center experience is preferred
- Ability to communicate effectively with all departments
- Must be able to effectively operate and navigate Dash. All notes, documents and interactions will be tracked through Dash
- Must be able to vet and work effectively with subcontractors to obtain bids for jobs and submit work orders
- Demonstrated experience in a fast-paced work environment
- Strong interpersonal and organizational skills required
- Attention to detail
- Ability to multi-task
