As the Office Coordinator, you'll play a key part in ensuring the smooth operations of our office and assist in sending sunshine-filled packages to brighten people's days. A successful candidate will be personable, communicative, and highly organized.

REQUIREMENTS
- 1 years in an office environment
- Proficient in Google Suite, Excel, and basic software navigation
- Attention to detail
- (BONUS) QuickBooks Online
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Efficiently manage and organize the teams’ schedule, ensuring that meetings, appointments, and tasks are communicated & coordinated.
- Maintain a well-stocked and organized office by overseeing the ordering of office supplies and managing inventory to meet the team's needs.
- Performing data-entry tasks and maintaining an organized filing system to ensure accurate and efficient documentation.
- Assist with various ad hoc tasks as needed such as running office errands, helping put gift boxes together, and other light fulfillment tasks.
- Support sales by submitting orders for processing, maintaining communication with vendors, and overseeing light logistics to ensure a streamlined sales operation.
- Organize onboarding documents/training for new employees and special occasions like birthdays and work anniversaries.

Pay: $20.00 - $26.00 per hour
