Job Description:
Emerging Tech is seeking two dedicated and experienced Registered CT Technologists for short-term assignments at the Iowa City VA Medical Center. If you are passionate about providing exceptional patient care, committed to excellence, and ready to join a dynamic team, we want you!
Start Date: ASAP Duration: 26 weeks Schedule: Full-time Shifts: First shift starting between 7:00 AM and 9:30 AM, ending between 3:30 PM and 6:00 PM On-call Requirements: On-call technologists must be available within 15 minutes by phone and on-site within 60 minutes. Qualifications:
- Education: Completion of a full-time training course of at least 24 months in duration (or the equivalent) in a post-high school diagnostic radiologic technology program, evidenced by a certificate or an associate degree, accredited by the Joint Review Committee on Education in Radiologic Technology (JRCERT) or from other accrediting agencies as recognized by the Department of Education (DOE).
- Certifications: Must hold advanced registry by the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT). Must have and maintain a valid and current Basic Life Support (BLS) card.
- Experience: Minimum one year of experience as a CT Technologist.
