Marketing Outbound Demand Generation Specialist
We are seeking an experienced digital marketing expert to join our fast-paced, global B2B Marketing organization as part of our Outbound Demand Generation Team.
This team focuses on direct communication with our customers at scale. This role will be responsible for contact journey strategy, marketing automation, executing outbound communications (email, SMS, direct mail, telemarketing), campaign landing pages, reporting, analysis, and providing recommendations to the rest of the marketing team.
B2B Marketing and outbound tactics are changing at a rapid pace. We are looking for marketers who are curious and motivated to stay in tune with marketing best practices and continuously test and learn.
You will join a talented team of marketers as individual contributor in making our vision a reality - ignite the brand through storytelling, deliver sustainable high growth marketing programs, and focus on the customer at the center of everything.
Responsibilities :
- Execute email and nurture campaigns, including campaign setup, orchestration, email template setup, scheduling, testing, and measuring campaigns to drive short-term and long-term results in collaboration with multiple teams.
- Strategize and implement marketing automation strategies
- Create new ideas that meet business goals, solving engagement challenges and keeping abreast of industry best practices.
- Support the Demand Strategy team in the execution of strategic, long-term outbound email plans that integrate with organizational marketing initiatives
- Use qualitative and quantitative analysis to make intelligent, informed recommendations, decisions, and forecasts regarding outbound programs
- Partner with a wide variety of business owners and marketing stakeholders
- Give input on global strategy for audience health
- Help develop on fully integrated outbound campaigns using an audience first approach.
- Think beyond the responsibilities of this team to create ideas that engage other marketing teams.
Qualifications :
- Energetic marketing professional with 3-6 years of experience
- Business acumen and experience developing a customer journey
- Initiative - Actively influences events; acts beyond what is necessarily called for.
- Innovation and Change - Generates innovative ideas; simplifies and / or improves procedures; encourages and supports innovative ideas and planned risk-taking
- Decisiveness and Risk Taking - Able to make decisions and act without unnecessary delay; able to consider alternatives and make decisions despite uncertainty
- Highly self-motivated, strong organization skills, attention to detail, and ability to autonomously prioritize multiple requests from many stakeholders.
- Familiar with marketing analytics and KPIs to influence, recommend and interpret database marketing insights.
- Ability to create leadership-level presentations and communicate with large groups
- Ability to build strong working relationships, influencing and collaborating with Field marketing, Brand, Online, Sales, Business Intelligence, and other key stakeholders across all levels of the organization.
- Preferred but not required :
- Hands-on knowledge by creating and deploying emails on Pardot Lightning
- Experience or interest in engineering industry
