QA Documentation Analyst

Manufacturer of large custom-designed control valves, you will work in a dynamic and high-tech production facility based in our Marshalltown, Iowa location. Consider this an outstanding opportunity to join our skilled team dedicated to delivering first-class service to our customers!

AS A QUALITY DOCUMENTATION ANALYST YOU WILL:

• Responsible for the review and approval of internal and supplier generated documents.
• Responsible for generating and compiling final documentation packages.
• Accountable for managing workload to attain schedule
• Communicate with internal stakeholders and vendors.
• Remain current and ensure compliance with relevant code requirements
• Identify root cause of document issues and implement effective measures to prevent reoccurrence

WHO YOU ARE:

• You balance planning with actions. You effectively communicate in various settings: one-on-one, small groups, or among diverse styles and position levels. You consider all relevant factors and use appropriate decision-making criteria and principles.

REQUIRED EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE & SKILLS:

• Associate’s Degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Strong attention to detail with excellent oral and written communication sills.
• Effective organizational, planning, and decision-making skills.

PREFERRED EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE & SKILLS:

• Bachelor’s Degree or Associate’s Degree with previous manufacturing experience.
• Experience with MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Access and PowerPoint) and MS Outlook.
