Quality Auditor

What is the position?

The Quality Auditors are integral to the operation, ensuring we “do what we say” and lead the charge on doing it right. QAs deliver audits on all areas of the facility, follow up on customer concerns, verify stock and product, inspect incoming as well as outbound shipments and support the departments with root cause analysis, corrective action and process implementation.

What will I do?

Your days are spent on the floor, with the teams. You will audit processes at receiving dock, all kitting areas, and adjacent high bay. Randomly audit raw/finished materials at receiving doc and all kitting areas. Inspect new products and underperforming items. Be the last line of defense in customer satisfaction!

What do I need?

• High School diploma/GED required
• 1 year of warehouse experience or equivalent
• Working knowledge of SAP/Oracle/JDE or other WMS
• Basic computer skills including Excel and Microsoft Outlook
• Ability to read and follow processes and policies
• Problem solving and analytical skills

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:

This position may exert up to 30 pounds of force occasionally and/or a negligible amount of force frequently or constantly to grasp, finger, lift, carry, push, pull, or otherwise move objects, including the human body. Incumbent will be required to perform dynamic activities including reaching and stretching, as well as, frequent bending and twisting of the torso.
