Job Duties: 

  • Leading a crew in a safe and efficient manner with maximum productivity & minimum wasted effort or expense.
  • Use of computer technology and software including iPad, email, Microsoft office, InEight & daily tracking software.
  • Complies with OSHA, company, and all client-required safety policies and procedures
  • Digging trenches, removing filling, and/or compacting earth with use of shovels and rakes
  • Reading and following construction plans and blueprints
  • Other duties as assigned

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Must be 18 years of age or older
  • Minimum of 2-3 year of relevant experience 
  • Able to work outdoors in all weather conditions and in all types of terrain
  • Able to meet all physical requirements 
  • OSHA 10 or OSHA 30 certification
