Hr coordinator

Eminence Home Care is currently seeking a passionate and dedicated HR Coordinator to join our team in Salisbury, MD!

As the HR Coordinator , you will play a key role in supporting the HR department in various human resources functions, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and HR administration.

You will work closely with employees and management to ensure a positive employee experience and the smooth operation of HR processes.

Onsite : M-F : 40 hours

You will :

• Assist with recruitment activities, including job postings, candidate screening, and scheduling interviews.
• Coordinate the onboarding process for new hires, including paperwork, background checks, and orientation.
• Maintain employee records and HR databases, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information.
• Assist with employee relations matters, including resolving conflicts and providing guidance and support.
• Administer employee benefits programs and assist employees with benefits-related inquiries.
• Handle employee inquiries and provide information on HR policies and procedures.
• Support the performance management process, including coordinating performance reviews and maintaining performance documentation.
• Assist with employee training and development initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with relevant labor laws and regulations.

You will have :

• 1-2 years of experience in HR, preferably in the home health care or healthcare industry
• Knowledge of HR processes and employment laws and regulations
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion
