Are you ready to set the standard for Premium apparel?

Main purpose of the QA Support / Defects role :

This is a full-time role for a candidate who will minimize monetary loss from defective merchandise including apparel, shoes, accessories, and soft goods received.

This position has a 60 day probationary period to begin. Upon successful completion of 60 days the position becomes a permanent addition to staff.

Major Responsibilities :

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

• Support lead with dry cleaning assortments
• Assist with the discarding process of damaged goods
• Support Alliance Portfolio Brands with recovery and loss process
• Support QA Associates with other retail brands with pulls and inspections
• Support QA Defect projects with bulk-quantity pulls
• Assist with pick-ups from other depts.; scan into defect location
• Assist with liquidation process
• Assist in other areas on as-needed basis

Required Competencies :

To perform the job successfully, an individual should demonstrate the following competencies :

• High level of attention to detail
• Ability to quickly and effectively identify apparel flaws
• Knowledge of apparel construction and fabrication categories preferred
• Ability to work successfully with any personality type

Minimum Qualifications :

• Minimum 2-3 years’ experience working in a QA / QC, Production or Warehouse environment required
• Computer literate in Excel, Word and Email required
• Bilingual required; proficient in English
• Technical fashion, garment construction or fabrication knowledge preferred

For individuals assigned and / or hired to work in California, Revolve includes a reasonable estimate of the salary or hourly rate range for this role.

This takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions; including but not limited to business or organizational needs, skill sets, experience and training, licensure, and certifications.

A reasonable estimate of the current base hourly / salary range is $16.50 / hr to $16.75 / hr.
