Position: Analyst
Location: Remote Position for EM Key Solutions, Inc. (EMKS)
EMKS is seeking Analysts for the Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) Healthcare Identity Management (HC IdM) Support contract. These analysts will be responsible for managing and resolving potential duplicate records, identity trait data anomalies, and change/verification requests within the VA Master Patient Index (MPI) system. This role requires meticulous attention to detail, excellent data management skills, and the ability to respond promptly to inquiries using various communication platforms. The Analysts will also be responsible for capturing and submitting detailed metrics for reporting purposes and assisting with developing a comprehensive training plan for contractor staff.
Duties
Should possess at least a 2-year degree in a healthcare-related field, with a Registered Health Information Administrator (RHIA) degree preferred, or minimum 1-year experience with maintenance/validation of data within a large scale (10M entry) database.
Clearance
Tier 2 clearance is needed, which requires a Background Investigation. Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information.

- Performs analytical tasks designed to collect and analyze information.
- Works effectively and efficiently with limited supervision.
