Shift: Days and Evenings, Weekdays and Weekends
Job Description:
- The Assisted Living LPN will be responsible for:
- Medication passing for residents
- Performing basic care tasks for residents including, but not limited to:
- Dressing assistance
- Assistance with bathing
- Assistance with cleaning
- Assistance to/from the dining room
- Observes and reports changes in physical, mental, social, and spiritual health
