Position Title: SRE Lead
Location: Louisville, KY ( Onsite )

Good Interpersonal and communication skills
Knowledge of OOPS concepts and experience working in .NET and/or Java platforms
Ability to write complex SQL queries and read SQL plans
Ability to debug code in SFRA, .Net or Java
Experience with working on cloud platforms like GCP and Azure. Certifications is a plus
Experience with pulling logs from Big Query and or application/SQL logs
Experience with Business manager setup and configurations in SFCC
Prior knowledge of invoking postman, Soap UI to get api results
Experience with ITIL practices including use of servicenow and or servicedesk
Prior experience with GIT and Pipelines
Experience of working on renewing SSL certificates from Venafi
Prior experience of working on monitoring tools such as Dynatrace, Splunk(writing queries), Ignite to identify and fix production issues
History of working with jobs and scheduling such as Dollar Universe
History of driving major incident calls to resolution
History of building process improvement tools
History of prior client interactions to provide customer's needs
Ability to multi task and manage team by being hands on
Roles & Responsibilities Proactively monitor jobs and application to identify issues and provide solutions by working with external teams if required
Triage incidents coming into queue on a daily basis and maintain low inventory
Work on New intakes to absorb them and train team in new technologies
Drive major incident bridges to resolution
Work with Dev team to move SRE code fixes to production
Work closely with IT Manager/Business to understand needs and provide clarity
Engage, lead, mentor and coach offshore/nearshore and onshore teams
Provide immediate impacts to IT manager/Business for Outages/Issues
Encourage process improvements across space
