Work hours will be 7:30-4pm, however, may be asked to work later or come in earlier to assist another worker with a task. Need to be flexible. Will be provided with at least 24 hour notice.

Description:
The manager is looking for someone that works well independently with maintenance experience.
I am looking for a contractor that is willing to work 40 hours a week. Any shift mostly day shift. With over time if need be with little notice. Able to adapt to ever changing situations from one task to another due to needs of repairs.
They need to have or willing to learn these skills:
- Knows hand tools Example (screwdrivers, wrenches, drills, hammers, grinders, saws ect.) and what they are used for.
- Can read a tape measure, rulers, and use squares.
- Can change belts, light bulbs, filters ect.
- Willing to run Ariel lift devices and where harnesses at heights.
- Willing to learn large shop tools like lathe, ban saw, break press, pipe cutter ect.
- Knows how to read gauges and track and record readings.
- Willing to work in different weather conditions.
- The ability or willingness to learn, read, and understand prints.
- Know how to use computer for email and willing to learn our Work order system.
- Capable of working with a team or alone.
- Able to wear a respirator and/ or masks if the tasks requires it.
Job Type: Contract
Salary: $18.00 - $21.00 per hour
