About The Role and Your Impact:
- We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented SMS Specialist to join our dynamic marketing team. As an SMS Specialist, you will play a critical role in crafting, deploying, and optimizing SMS campaigns that engage the target audience, drive conversions, and contribute to the growth of multiple clients who leverage this service in our agency. You will also be responsible for ensuring the quality of our SMS copy, evaluating campaign performance, and creating lead generation pop-ups to capture valuable leads.
How You Will Contribute:
SMS Copyediting:
● Review and refine SMS copy for clarity, accuracy, and adherence to brand guidelines.
● Collaborate with the content team to ensure a consistent brand voice and messaging across SMS campaigns between multiple clients at a time.
● Optimize SMS content for mobile devices, maximizing readability and engagement.
SMS Campaign Deployment:
● Use SMS marketing platforms to schedule and deploy campaigns to targeted audiences.
● Monitor campaign delivery, troubleshoot issues, and ensure timely delivery of SMS messages.
● Segment and personalize SMS content to increase relevance and engagement.
Analytics and Reporting:
● Track SMS campaign performance metrics such as open rates, click-through rates, conversion rates, and ROI.
● Analyze data to identify trends, insights, and opportunities for optimization.
● Provide regular reports and recommendations for improving SMS marketing strategies in weekly touch base calls with our clients.
Lead Generation Pop-Ups:
● Design and implement lead generation pop-ups on our clients websites and landing pages.
● A/B test pop-up variations to maximize lead capture while maintaining a positive user experience.
● Collaborate with the client web teams to ensure seamless integration and functionality.
Compliance and Best Practices:
● Stay up-to-date with SMS marketing regulations and best practices.
● Ensure compliance with relevant laws (e.g., TCPA) and maintain an understanding of opt-in and opt-out processes.
