The Critical Incident Response role provides support to those affected by a critical incident, such as an accidental death, terminal illness, active assailant incident, natural disaster, or transportation accident, and can include facilitating individual and group debriefings, 1:1 psychological first aid and leadership consultation to normalize reactions and emphasize resiliency.
