We are looking for a Direct Support Professional to join our team and provide assistance to individuals with disabilities. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing direct care and support to individuals with disabilities in their daily activities, helping them to reach their goals, and promoting their independence. This position requires excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work in a team environment.
Responsibilities:
- Provide direct care and support to individuals with disabilities.
- Assist with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, and meal preparation.
- Monitor and document progress of individuals in their care.
- Provide emotional support and encouragement to individuals in their care.
- Communicate effectively with individuals, families, and other staff members.
- Follow safety protocols and procedures to ensure the safety of individuals in their care.
- Maintain a positive attitude and be patient with individuals in their care.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $13.00 - $14.00 per hour

- High school or equivalent (Required)
