Overview
We are looking for a Director of Value Based Palliative Program Implementation to join our team. This person will be responsible for planning and managing the implementation of customer-facing programs by balancing scope, timeline, and quality to deliver customer requirements and satisfaction. This position will primarily be called upon to implement Gentiva’s new value-based palliative care offering with new customers, working with various stakeholders across a complex client base including risk-based primary care groups and health plans.
Provides strategic thought leadership for managing deliverables and timelines in collaboration with internal and external customers.
Work in direct customer-facing role. Work extensively with the customer’s executive, clinical, technology, and finance leadership to ensure timely implementation of Gentiva’s products and services.
Collaborate closely with the customers’ leadership and program management team to negotiate realistic plans for successful go-lives, considering all applicable training objectives, the customers’ goals and success criteria, and any other customer-specific factors including risk and risk mitigation.
Monitor programs daily to track progress against the schedule, resolve risks/issues and manage program changes.
Oversee all phases of new client implementation. Lead cross-functional workstreams, establish project plans, track issues, manage deadlines, and drive on-time execution for strategic and tactical business initiatives.
About You
Bachelor’s degree in business or related field required; master’s degree preferred.
Value-based care experience required.
8 years practical and progressive experience in customer-facing healthcare program implementations.
Strong leadership skills, with emphasis in leading projects with payers or provider stakeholders preferred.
Project Management (PMP or equivalent) certification preferred.
Position requires up to 25% travel.
