Job Overview:
The Client Relationship Manager will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our clients, understanding their business needs and goals, and serving as a liaison between the client and our internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and retention. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in managing client relationships in the SaaS industry, exceptional communication skills, and a passion for providing top-notch customer service.
What You’ll Do:
- •Build and maintain strong relationships with clients by serving as their primary point of contact and advocate
- •Develop a deep understanding of clients’ business needs and goals, and work with internal teams to ensure our products and services meet those needs
- •Proactively identify and address potential issues or concerns before they become problems, and communicate effectively with clients to keep them informed
- •Serve as a trusted advisor to VIP clients, providing guidance and support to help them utilize Empeon’s tools to achieve their business objectives
- •Monitor and report on client satisfaction metrics (NPS, churn rate etc.), and take corrective action as needed to improve client satisfaction and retention
- •Collaborate with sales, marketing, Customer Service and Product teams to identify opportunities for growth and expansion within existing client accounts
- •Stay up-to-date on industry trends and developments, and share knowledge and insights with clients and internal teams
- •5 years of experience in client relationship management in the SaaS industry, preferably with a payroll or HR provider
- •Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build, maintain and grow strong relationships with clients and internal teams
- •Independent self starter, able to anticipate what’s needed next and make it happen without hand-holding
- •Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions
- •Experience managing a portfolio of clients and meeting revenue targets
- •Proactive, customer-focused, with an entrepreneurial spirit
- Help educate our clients on Empeon’s product offerings to ensure they are aware of new product offerings, new features and are getting maximum value from the platform
Who You Are:
• 5 years of experience in client relationship management in the SaaS industry, preferably with a payroll or HR provider
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build, maintain and grow strong relationships with clients and internal teams
• Independent self starter, able to anticipate what’s needed next and make it happen without hand-holding
• Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions
• Experience managing a portfolio of clients and meeting revenue targets
• Proactive, customer-focused, with an entrepreneurial spirit
