Reports to: Site Controller
Grade: Grade II
Education Req: High School Diploma required; Post High-School Technical/Vocational Degree, College Degree, or equivalent experience preferred.
Experience Req: Must have ability to follow MSHA safety regulations, industry safety programs, and possess excellent communications, people, and problem-solving skills. Must be willing to take and follow orders and directions. Must be adaptable and flexible to changing tasks, schedules, and situations. Must be able to operate common office equipment.

Nature and Scope:
With direction and supervision from the Site Controller, and General Manager, this hands-on individual will be responsible for performing all administrative functions of a busy mining company office.
Duties and Responsibilities:
This position will perform the following tasks:
An Office Clerk completes many customer service and administrative organization tasks to promote efficient operations in the office they serve. Their duties and responsibilities may depend on the workplace and industry in which they work but often include:
- Truck Ticketing and corresponding with customers
- Shipment Reconciliations
- Sorting and delivering incoming mail and collecting and sending outgoing mail and packages
- Create documents, maintaining databases and sending memos and emails
- Making logistical arrangements for meetings or conferences, including booking travel, making reservations or organizing rentals
- Running errands and making deliveries around the office or to external parties
- Collecting, scanning, filing and organizing office documents, such as reports and confidential records
- Managing digital document filing, including encrypted documents and email correspondence
- Monitoring office inventory and ordering supplies
- Transcribing or taking notes during meetings and writing minutes, memos and/or agendas
- Assisting with accounts payable and accounts receivable, including simple bookkeeping and banking tasks
- Packaging and shipping company materials
- Office Housekeeping
- Other duties as directed
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.00 - $25.00 per hour
