- Handles customers requests and issues via, telephone, email, fax and in person walk-ins.
- Coordinates with outside sales team to ensure customers receives the best possible service.
- Enter quotations and Sales orders into Mincron Bid system on a timely and accurate basis.
- Coordinate customer deliveries as needed with drivers and outside salesmen.
- Learn and understand estimating. Set time aside each week to get involved.
- Procures and maintains accurate inventory.
- Understands and follows company procedures.
- Assist warehouse in receiving orders from vendors as well as pulling orders for delivery.
- Work on submittals as needed
