Job Details: 

• Monday-Friday  
• 7:30 am- 4:00 pm
• Pay Range - $20-$30/hr

Roofing duties include:

• Perform repairs on asphalt shingled, slate, torch down, modified bitumen and flat roofs
• Perform tear-offs and new roof installations
• Work on both Residential and Commercial Properties

Requirements

 Required education and experience

• High school diploma or equivalent required. 
• 2 years of experience preferred.
• Valid driver's license along with a dependable vehicle and clean driving record
• Must have a smartphone to complete daily work tickets via mobile device
• Must have your own tools for the job (basic hand tools required) 
• Ability to follow directions and propensity to learn
• Must be able to communicate effectively in English for business purposes

Work environment

• Rental properties/apartments - sometimes vacant/sometimes tenant occupied
• Commercial properties
• Often exposed to weather due to maintenance of interior and exterior of dwellings 
• Warehouse setting occasionally
• Office setting occasionally  

Physical demands

• Driving a vehicle to and from various rental/commercial properties.
• Prolonged periods standing and walking, kneeling, crawling, climbing and balancing.
• Must be able to use ladders, scaffolding and and safely traverse roofs and elevated platforms
• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds at times/100 pounds team lift occasionally.
• Must be able to carry tools and equipment up and down stairs
• Must be able to traverse a variety of properties in a variety of weather.

Travel required

• Driving a vehicle to and from various rental/commercial properties daily.

• None
