Company in Alliance seeking an Accounting/Data Entry Clerk to join the team on first shift.
Duties:
-Enter all income and expenses in Quickbooks
-Accounts Receivable and Payable
-Enter deposits and bills
-Monthly bank reconciliations
-Monitor budgets
-Payroll entry
-Invoice preparation
-Other duties as assigned
Requirements:
-High School Diploma or GED (Bachelor's Degree preferred)
-2 years' Accounting experience
-Proficiency with Quickbooks
-Proficiency with Word, Excel and PowerPoint
-Excellent communication skills
Pay:
$15.00 - $17.00 per hour
Hours:
8:00am-5:00pm M-F
