What are the responsibilities and job description for the Telephonic Counselor position at Employee Services, Inc?
ESI Employee Assistance Group has the immediate need for a full time skilled Counselor at our North Haven, CT location. The Counselor will provide counseling and case management for our EAP members who call for immediate support. Primary responsibilities include conducting a telephonic triage, assessment, providing in the moment support and coordinating resources.
Master’s degree is the minimum academic requirement. Behavioral Health Care Professionals with experience in social work, counseling or a related field preferred.
