Job Description: As a Research and Development Specialist, you will be responsible for developing and improving cookie recipes to meet customer demands and align with our company's standards. Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

• Conducting research to identify new flavor profiles, ingredients, and baking techniques for cookie recipes.
• Developing and testing new recipes, ensuring they meet taste, texture, and quality requirements.
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including production, marketing, and sales, to bring new products to market.
• Conducting sensory evaluations and gathering feedback from internal and external stakeholders.
• Monitoring industry trends, consumer preferences, and competitor offerings to identify opportunities for product innovation.
• Maintaining accurate records of recipe formulations, modifications, and test results.
• Troubleshooting and resolving formulation or process-related issues to ensure consistent product quality.
• Participating in product scale-up and commercialization processes.

Qualifications:
