Job Summary

The Licensing Associate II is responsible for the agent contracting process. Additionally, this role supports escalated contracting concerns from the Licensing I role, along with mentoring and supporting the training program of new hires.

Primary responsibilities include but are not limited to:

The Licensing Associate, II will be responsible for assisting the Employee Benefits, Retirement Services, Care Solutions, and Individual licensing channels with tasks that are related to contracting requirements needed for producers. The associate supports the department with performing the agent contracting responsibilities, while being responsible for duties below:

  • Assist with the creation and maintaining of standard operating procedures
  • Mentor new hires during their first year of employment
  • Independently research issues discovered during the contracting phase and work to resolve

Job Requirements

Required Education and/or Certifications

  • High School Diploma or equivalent

Recommended Education and/or Certifications

  • Associate and Bachelor's Degree is preferred

Required Work Experience

  • 2 years experience working in customer service and/or data delivery position
  • Or any combination of education and experience which would provide an equivalent background

 

Salary Band: 03B

This selected candidate will be expected to work hybrid in Indianapolis, IN. The candidate will also be expected to physically return to the office in CA, IN or ME as business needs dictate or for team-building and collaboration.
