Monday to Thursday from 2:00pm to 10pm/11pm.

Friday and Saturday Off

Sundays are mandatory 7:00am to 3:00pm (Every Sunday is part of the schedule)

Overview:
We are seeking reliable and detail-oriented Order Picker to join our client’s team at their distribution center in Menomonee Falls

As an Order Picker, you will be responsible for accurately and efficiently picking and packing customer orders. This is a physically demanding role that requires heavy lifting and operating warehouse equipment.

Responsibilities:
- Utilize RF scanners and warehouse management system to locate and pick orders
- Load and unload products from trucks or containers
- Ensure accuracy of picked items by double-checking quantities and product codes
- Pack orders securely to prevent damage during transportation
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily order fulfillment targets

Experience:
- Previous experience working in a distribution center preferred
- Familiarity with RF scanners and warehouse management systems is a plus
- Ability to operate heavy equipment such as forklifts or pallet jacks is an advantage
- Proficient in basic math skills for counting and verifying quantities
- Strong attention to detail to ensure accuracy in order picking
- Ability to handle physical demands of the job, including heavy lifting
