Job Overview:

We are seeking several machine operators and assemblers for our client near the South Milwaukee area. Candidates must have previous experience through heavy assembly, molding, or foundry work.

Consistent work history with minimum of 1 year of manufacturing experience required.

JOB DUTIES

- Read and interpret blueprints, diagrams, and assembly instructions

- Use power tools and hand tools to assemble components

- Fabricate parts as needed

- Inspect finished products for quality and accuracy

- Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean work area

- Collaborate with team members to meet production goals

Qualifications:

- Previous experience in a warehouse or manufacturing environment is preferred

- Familiarity with using power tools and hand tools

- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and diagrams

- Strong attention to detail and accuracy

- Ability to work independently or as part of a team

- Basic math skills for measurements and calculations

Skills:

- Warehouse experience

- Forklift operation skills (preferred)

- Mechanical knowledge

- Proficiency in using power tools

- Ability to assemble components accurately

- Familiarity with hand tools for fabrication

Job Type: Temp-to-hire
