Hiring an Office Clerk
Shift: Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm
Pay Rate: $16
This position will be 100% on site
Main responsibility will be filing/scanning documents.
Must be well versed in using Microsoft Office Word and Excel (experience with MS Outlook, Google Docs and Oracle a plus). Must have strong written and verbal communication skills, be comfortable navigating and finding information on the internet, be organized and self-managed, flexible and able to move back and forth between multiple tasks quickly and efficiently, and experienced working in an office environment.
The duties of this position include data entry (Google Docs and Salesforce), internet research, calling businesses to gather and confirm information, composing and sending emails to businesses/customers and leaving messages for and taking calls from customers.
Requires the ability to read, write, and understand English, basic arithmetic skills and a High School diploma or equivalent.
