Currently we have an opening for a Tax Implementation Specialist who will handle ensuring the client tax data, payroll reports, tax liability payments and tax returns are configured accurately.
Primary Responsibilities Include:
Responsible for the identification, research and correction of all new client's payroll tax history
- Assist clients with opening/closing withholding and unemployment accounts
- Obtains & disperses POA forms to appropriate agencies; follows each state mandated Electronic Fund Transfer authorization requirements and online TPA registrations, where required.
- Ensures clients are in compliance with federal and state agency mandates.
- Reports potential company risk resulting form prior quarter discrepancies to management and formulates a plan to mitigate that risk going forward.
- Contributes to the evolution and improvement of the payroll tax implementation process by providing feedback and sharing ideas that will increase customer satisfaction, drive efficiency or enhance technical capabilities.
- Partners with other teams to ensure all customer needs are delivered through an integrated implementation approach.
- Builds customer and industry knowledge by leveraging the appropriate internal and external resources.

Education Level:
Bachelors Degree
Must Haves:
- Demonstrate functional business process knowledge related to payroll tax services
- Familiar with Federal and State Government agencies requirements and processes
- Tax restrictions experience
- Ability to reconcile
- Good communication skills both internally and externally, written and verbal
- Ability to juggle multiple tasks with multiple clients
- Organized and on-task
- Demonstrate a strong technical aptitude and capabilities
- Demonstrate a success in a strong attention to details, problem solving, and initiative
- Demonstrate a passion for delivering an outstanding customer experience
Good To Have
- Three years of experience in delivering payroll services, including
- experience with payroll tax.
- Four-year degree or equivalent education and industry experience.
- Prism or MasterTax experience a plus
