Job Coach

As a Job Coach, you will provide invaluable support to clients by assisting them in mastering job responsibilities and establishing a network of natural supports within the workplace.

Responsibilities:

• Visit client work sites in-person to provide real-time, on-the-job support.
• Guide clients in recognizing and refining their job-related skills.
• Support clients with requesting accommodations and understanding their workplace responsibilities.
• Interact with client supervisors, managers, and coworkers to build natural supports.
• Support clients with receiving and responding to performance feedback
• Collaborate with coworkers and supervisors to address the needs of clients
• Demonstrate inclusivity, flexibility, and an open-minded perspective.
• Facilitate virtual and in-person meetings
• Write and submit timely reports in compliance with company and state requirements.

Requirements:

• Client-centered mindset, focusing on individuals' abilities.
• Ability to work autonomously in a remote or community-based setting.
• Reliable internet connection for virtual meetings.
• Access to reliable transportation for in-person client visits.
• High school diploma.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience working with people with disabilities.

Compensation:

• $20 per hour.

Hours:

• 5-20 hours/week
