• Architect and implement a comprehensive data strategy that aligns with Empower's rapid growth trajectory, ensuring scalability and adaptability to evolving business needs.
• Spearhead the development of advanced analytics frameworks to drive business intelligence, operational efficiency, product innovation, and customer engagement.
• Champion the integration of AI technologies across business units to automate processes, enhance decision-making, and deliver personalized customer experiences.
• Lead the design and execution of predictive models and machine learning algorithms to identify trends, forecast demand, and optimize supply chain management.
• Foster a data-centric culture within Empower, promoting data literacy and empowering teams with self-service analytics tools and training.
• Oversee the selection, implementation, and management of data analytics and AI platforms, ensuring robust, secure, and compliant data infrastructure.
• Collaborate with R&D and product development teams to leverage data insights for the creation of innovative health and wellness solutions.
• Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to measure the effectiveness of data analytics and AI initiatives against Empower's strategic goals.
• Drive the adoption of best practices in data governance, data quality, and data privacy, adhering to regulatory standards and ethical considerations.
• Engage with external partners, vendors, and academic institutions to explore collaborative opportunities and stay at the forefront of data analytics and AI advancements.
• Lead the development of real-time analytics capabilities to enable agile responses to market changes and operational challenges.
• Initiate and manage strategic projects that leverage big data and advanced analytics to uncover new business opportunities and revenue streams.
• Provide strategic oversight for data warehousing, data lakes, and other data storage solutions to support complex analytics needs.
• Develop and maintain a roadmap for AI-driven automation and robotics process automation (RPA) initiatives to enhance productivity and reduce costs.
• Ensure the ethical use of AI and analytics, upholding Empower's commitment to responsible innovation and the well-being of our customers.
• Attract, mentor and develop a diverse team of data professionals, fostering an environment of innovation, collaboration, and professional growth.
• Facilitate cross-functional workshops and brainstorming sessions to identify data-driven solutions to business challenges.
• Monitor industry trends and technological advancements, adjusting Empower's data strategy to maintain a competitive edge.
• Establish a framework for data-driven storytelling, enabling the communication of complex data insights in an accessible and compelling manner.
• Serve as a thought leader in data analytics and AI, representing Empower at conferences, forums, and in industry publications, showcasing our leadership in healthcare innovation

• In-depth knowledge of modern data architecture, data modeling, and data engineering practices, including experience with cloud-based analytics solutions (e.g., AWS, Oracle, Azure).
• Proficiency in a wide range of machine learning techniques, AI frameworks, and statistical tools (e.g., Python, R, TensorFlow, PyTorch) and the ability to apply these in a business context to solve complex problems.
• Strong understanding of data governance, data integrity, and compliance regulations relevant to the healthcare and pharmaceutical industries, such as HIPAA, GDPR, and CCPA.

• Minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in data analytics and business intelligence roles, with at least 5 years in a lea.dership capacity managing high-performing teams.
• Demonstrated expertise in designing and implementing large-scale data analytics and AI projects within the healthcare, pharmaceutical, or a closely related industry, with a proven track record of delivering measurable business impact.
• Experience with agile project management methodologies and the ability to lead cross-functional teams in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
