What you will do

  • Act as first line of contact for all lines of business-including internal Implementation, Relationship Managers, Client Service Managers, Trading, Communication Strategists, Sales and external fund houses and plans regarding stable value funds

  • Strong ability to multi-task between many facets of the stable value analyst, along with foresight to plan ahead

  • High analytical ability to deep dive and confidence to speak out knowledgably if something doesn't make sense or is off trend on the plan and to be able to support your reasoning

  • Procedural writing ability as new processes come into play to memorialize the process, and to be able to share across teams and with different levels of management

  • Put tracking, reporting and administration

  • Support Meld setup and payouts

  • Reporting for Empower Investments general account tracking

  • Manage large multi-plan/complex client fund event projects

  • Identify and coordinate resources, both internal and external

  • Manage expectations and ensure projects are on time and meet expectations by utilizing project plans

  • Set and manage client expectations, by answering questions, coordinating and facilitating meetings, seeking opportunities to increase customer satisfaction and deepen client relationships within the project landscape

What you will bring

  • 4-year degree or equivalent experience, preferably with a finance, mathematical or statistical background

  • 4 - 7 years of financial services experience, preferably in stable valu

  • Ability to facilitate the research and resolution of problems

  • Demonstrated quality customer services skills

  • Multi-tasking ability, superior customer service skills and communication skills

  • FINRA fingerprinting required

Base Salary Range

$69,400.00 - $98,050.00

The salary range above shows the typical minimum to maximum base salary range for this position in the location listed. Non-sales positions have the opportunity to participate in a bonus program. Sales positions are eligible for sales incentives, and in some instances a bonus plan, whereby total compensation may far exceed base salary depending on individual performance. Actual compensation offered may vary from posted hiring range based upon geographic location, work experience, education, licensure requirements and/or skill level and will be finalized at the time of offer.
