Overview:*
Empower Solar is a full service, residential solar installer looking experienced and driven individuals to join our ever-expanding team. We are currently looking for a full-time Warehouse Clerk. This position is responsible for pulling assigned material for each solar installation, receiving incoming shipments, Cleanliness of warehouse, loading vehicles, and assisting in Inventory Count.

Qualifications:*
- Valid Driver’s License
- Previous Warehouse experience.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Must have previous experience in the Solar industry.
- Experience in Customer Service.

- Must be self-driven, highly motivated. Has to be goal and task oriented.
- Knowledge of residential construction.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Must be a team player and a people person who enjoys talking to customers.
- Solution minded.
- Ability to prioritize and multitask.
- High level of organizational skills and professionalism.
- Ability to work in a fast-moving environment maintaining a positive attitude in stressful situations.

Responsibilities*:
- Pull assigned job material based on pick list.
- Follow direction of Warehouse Manager.
- Receive incoming shipments.
- Open/Close warehouse when necessary.
- Assist with Inventory Counts.
- Keep Warehouse and parking lot clean and free of trash.
- Pick up material from supply houses and distributors when necessary.
- Follow through on assigned tasks and projects with minimal supervision.
- Always looking for ways to improve efficiency and communication to make the customer experience even better.
- Perform additional duties as assigned and/or directed.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $17.00 - $20.00 per hour
