The Compliance Analyst is responsible for the successful compliance management and delivery of compliance services for a block of business. This includes non-discrimination and completing Form 5500s. You’ll develop a strong knowledge of regulation requirements for compliance services and participate in training and communication of compliance administration topics to clients.

$63,100.00 - $89,125.00
The salary range above shows the typical minimum to maximum base salary range for this position in the location listed. Non-sales positions have the opportunity to participate in a bonus program. Sales positions are eligible for sales incentives, and in some instances a bonus plan, whereby total compensation may far exceed base salary depending on individual performance. Actual compensation offered may vary from posted hiring range based upon geographic location, work experience, education, licensure requirements and/or skill level and will be finalized at the time of offer.

The Compliance Analyst is responsible for the successful compliance management and delivery of compliance services for a block of business. This includes non-discrimination and completing Form 5500s. You’ll develop a strong knowledge of regulation requirements for compliance services and participate in training and communication of compliance administration topics to clients.
What You Will Do
- Participate in training, communication of compliance administration topics to clients, and may include institutional business partners
- Maintain all necessary systems related to the assigned block of business, including Compliance Access Database, Excel tracking spreadsheets, testing and government forms preparation software and other systems as deemed necessary
- May assist with the development and maintenance of the specific compliance systems and tools for compliance department
- Other duties may include serving as committee leader for the purpose of establishing department level procedures; overseeing compliance and consulting service model to a block of business; and department lead for any ongoing and/or specific company initiatives or system enhancements
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Finance or related field or equivalent work experience
- 2 years of compliance experience or equivalent work experience in related field
- 2 years of experience working with retirement plans
- Full knowledge of own area of functional responsibility related to compliance services
- Able to exercise judgment within defined procedures and ability to determine appropriate action
- Excellent customer service skills
- Advanced Excel and working knowledge of Access preferred
