Our client is one of Massachusetts’ Premier Residential& Commercial Contractors with service divisions in HVAC, Electrical andPlumbing. Known for their strong management team and outstanding companyculture, they are also one of the most established contractors in town. Due togrowth, they are looking for a senior-level HVAC Service Technician to jointheir expanding team.
The HVAC Residential Department offers a comprehensive rangeof services, including repair, maintenance, and installation. The idealcandidate will embrace technology and thrive in a process-driven organizationrenowned for its customer service, internal training, and ongoing development.This company provides ample opportunities for personal and professional growth.
Work Schedule:
· Monday to Friday, 7/8 AM to 4 PM (flexiblehours)
· 3-4 appointments per day is average
Responsibilities:
· Perform routine maintenance and repairs on HVACsystems as well as Installations
· Ability to communicate effectively withhomeowners, providing a consultative approach and options for good, better, andbest solutions
· Follow step-by-step processes to ensurehigh-quality service delivery
· Answer customer questions and provide detailedexplanations of services performed
Qualifications:
· 3-5 years of experience in Residential HVAC (Ifyou have under 3 years of experience, please apply, as we are hiring forjunior, mid & senior level positions at this time)
· Experience with Nexstar (preferred)
· EPA (preferred)
· Strong interpersonal and communication skills
· Ability to follow detailed procedures andprotocols
· Coachable and open to feedback
