Compliance Coordinator
Job Summary:
The Compliance Coordinator is responsible for ensuring EMRC programs are compliant with all COMAR and CARF regulations. They will perform a variety of administrative and program management tasks.
Job Duties:
• Ensure agency compliance with all state and federal laws and ensure programs comply with COMAR and CARF regulations.
• Perform quality review of client records.
• Track agency performance
• Update and implement strategic plans
• Correct areas or incidents of non-compliance.
• Conduct needs assessment to identify program needs.
• Completes bi-weekly and/or monthly compliance reports.
• Complete accessibility plan.
• Maintain licensing and compliance for program services and supports.
• Conducts investigative QA
• Conduct surveys via Survey Monkey
• Conduct site visits and inspections (All locations including Residential Homes)
• Other duties as assigned
Minimum Qualifications:
• Self-Starter, Experience with CARF accreditation or accreditation knowledge base preferred.
• Proven experience managing programs and staff
• Knowledge of program management and development procedures
• Knowledge of budgeting, bookkeeping and reporting
• Tech savvy, proficient in MS Office
• Ability to work with diversity and multi-disciplinary teams
• Ability to travel 25% of the time
• Excellent time-management and organizational skills
• Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
• Detail-oriented and efficient
• BS/BA in business administration or relevant field
