Job Description: Dietary Aide
Location: Polson, MT, 59860
We are seeking a reliable and compassionate Dietary Aide to join our team at our facility in Polson, MT. The Dietary Aide will be responsible for assisting with meal preparation, serving meals, and maintaining a clean and organized kitchen and dining area.
Responsibilities:
- Assist with meal preparation, including chopping vegetables, preparing meats, and mixing ingredients
- Serve meals to residents in a timely and courteous manner
- Clean and sanitize kitchen and dining areas, including dishes, utensils, and equipment
- Assist with inventory management and ordering of food and supplies
- Follow all safety and sanitation procedures
- Assist with special events and catering as needed
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior experience in a food service or hospitality role preferred
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Flexibility to work weekends and holidays as needed
