En Su Casa Caregivers is a locally and family owned and operated in-home care agency that provides the elderly and disabled community with quality, dependable caregivers. We are seeking an additional client care coordinator. The ideal candidate has a passion for helping people and wants to make a difference in their community. Please read the following qualifications carefully.

Candidates familiar with home health VESTA software are STRONGLY preferred.

The Supervisor is responsible for:

• Answering phones with a high level of customer service
• Inputting accurate data into various software systems --experience with VESTA preferred
• Prioritizing and coordinating various ongoing work assignments with reviews for accuracy
• Managing staff in office and communicating with San Antonio headquarters
• Overseeing daily operations in office
• Ensuring service delivery is handled with quality of care in mind
• Traveling to San Antonio headquarters for necessary meetings
• Coordination functions for staff
• Ensures security and confidentiality of all data and sensitive information
• Reporting to work on time every day from Monday-Friday 8am-4pm
• Show strong initiative and provide multiple troubleshooting solutions to daily issues
• Ability to multi-task, completing daily job duties as well as acting as support to other staff members
• Opening and closing duties, including opening the office promptly at 8am and maintaining office cleanliness, decor, and organization
• Initiating referral process from varying business partners, managed care organizations, and veterans affairs

SUPERVISORY EXPERIENCE IS MANDATORY. High school or GED equivalent is mandatory. Knowledge of Spanish language is mandatory. Must be able to pass a background check and random drug testing. Must be licensed to drive a vehicle. Must be able to work Monday-Friday 8am-4pm, with some flexibility.

Pay: $40,000.00 - $45,000.00 per year
