We are currently looking for a Supervisor Maintenance Planning to lead a team tasked with carrying out the Liquids Pipelines (LP) Maintenance Management Program strategy in two of the operating areas in the Midwest Region. You will ensure the maintenance planning team is performing at a high level, fully aligned with partner processes, and growing the efficiency of Enbridge’s operating groups in the Midwest Region. In this role, you will recognize and adapt to evolving philosophies, and strategy in the maintenance planning field.

What You Will Do
Include but are not limited to: Grasping, kneeling, light – moderate lifting (objects up to 20 pounds), reaching above shoulder, repetitive motion, sitting, standing, visual requirement (able to see screens, detect color coding, read fine print), hearing requirement.

Include but are not limited to: Ability to: understand, remember and apply oral and/or written instructions or other information, understand complex problems and collaborate/explore alternative solutions, organize thoughts and ideas into understandable terminology, organize and prioritize work schedule on a short-term basis, make decisions which have moderate impact on the immediate work unit and monitor impact outside this area, understand and follow basic instructions and guidelines, complete routine forms, compose letters, outlines, memoranda and basic reports and communicate with individuals via telephone.

What You Will Do
- Responsible for maintenance planning and scheduling, maintenance outage scheduling and maintenance work execution.
- Develop and maintain job plan and work package libraries.
- Ensure effective planning and scheduling of outages.
- Drive continuous improvement of the WEM process across the Region.
- Develop and maintain a work execution best practice program including planning and scheduling requirements with KPIs.
- Provide positive leadership to staff in order to enhance safety culture and coaching on maintenance and reliability excellence across the region.
- Related university degree and seven-plus years’ experience OR nine‐plus years of previous field operations experience, OR equivalent mix of formal education and experience.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships with colleagues and stakeholders.
- Ability to work and effectively communicate at all levels in the organization to gather information and promote improvements.
- Role requires a valid drivers' license, which will be verified with a background check prior to hire
- Previous experience with Maximo and planning and/or scheduling preferred.
- Registration as a CMRP or CRL considered an asset.
- Mix of office and field, with frequent travel along the region (North Dakota, Minnesota, Wisconsin)
- Hours of work vary depending on workload, emergency response, capital projects and line schedules.
- Extended hours may include weekends, nights, and inclement weather.
