Is to inspire joy and connection through your inspiring leadership by joining a team of creatives to pioneer a world class event that includes an amazing light maze, food, drink, and Christmas Village experience while amplifying the Enchant story of innovation, creation and magical moments.
COMPENSATION: $13.50-$16 per hour
Enchant is looking to fill a seasonal role with a start date November 2022 until January 2023. Given Enchant is growing rapidly, there may be the potential to continue working with our organization.
WHO WE ARE:
We are creators of a magical holiday event called Enchant Christmas featuring the world's largest light maze and village market. We have hosted over three million guests over the past 5 years and have experienced significant growth. In 2022, we will be producing 9 shows in 8 U.S. cities.
WHAT YOU WILL BE ACCOUNTABLE FOR:
- Sell products on the shop floor.
- Learn and operate the POS system.
- Product knowledge
- Help with daily store set-up, inventory replenishment from the stockroom and end of day closing tasks
- Maintains proper and clean storefront at all times
- Resolve customer issues and escalate them appropriately to the Enchant Shop Supervisor.
- Keep ‘guest experience’ at the very core of your day-to-day work and engage guests in a courteous, helpful and respectful manner.
- Remain in uniform at all times and wear appropriate credentials for the safety and security of the Enchant team.
- Create a warm and hospitable environment of Christmas magic for all.
- Other duties as assigned
WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TEAM:
- Experience in retail
- Knowledge of POS operating systems
- Vision and creativity on how to create a premium value-driven experience.
- Self-directed, extremely meticulous and organized
- You have the ability to work with multiple leaders through a complex company to get things done. You have strong communication skills and can work as both a leader and a valued team member.
- A passion for customer service and delivering exceptional results.
- Demonstrates flexibility and creative problem-solving skills.
- A sincere desire to help create magical memories.

- Follow the guidelines for logging times worked.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
- Ability to move objects up to 40 lbs.
- Must be able to frequently walk and stand.
- Occasionally sitting.
All staff must be prepared to work the entire production run from the load-in to the load-out.
