COMPENSATION:  $18.50-$22 per hour 

Enchant is looking to fill this seasonal role with a start date in mid-October 2022 through January 2023. Given Enchant is growing rapidly, there may be the potential to continue working with our organization. 

WHO WE ARE:  

We are creators of a magical holiday event called Enchant Christmas featuring the world's largest light maze and village market. We have hosted over three million guests over the past 5 years and have experienced significant growth. In 2022, we will be producing 9 shows in 8 U.S. cities.

WHAT YOU WILL BE ACCOUNTABLE FOR: 

• Work with the Experience and Talent Supervisor to ensure the Enchant Christmas experience is superior on all levels. This will include the presentation of all zones and report back to the Experience and Talent Supervisor on a regular basis throughout the night.
• Conduct daily pre-shift meetings in conjunction with the Manager on Duty to ensure that the Enchant teams are well informed of any special events and groups attending that evening and ensure they are executed according to plan. 
• Supervise all zones constantly and consistently for guest experience and team member quality assurance.
• Work in conjunction with the Technical Team to ensure all talent and performance areas are well maintained and set for the show. 
• Create a magical environment for the Enchant team and Performers, motivating them to engage in meaningful interactions with guests to ensure Enchant standards are exceeded. 
• Represent Enchant Christmas in any guest experience situation and diffuse/report any incident to the Manager on Duty.
• Fill out a nightly report in conjunction with the Experience & Talent Supervisor. 
• Remain in uniform at all times and wear appropriate credentials for the safety and security of the Enchant team. 
• Create a warm and hospitable environment of Christmas magic for all.

WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TEAM:

• A minimum 2 years experience in Stage/Event management experience or similar. 
• Vision and creativity on how to create a premium value-driven experience.
• Self-directed, extremely meticulous and organized with an ability to manage a high level of detail across multiple projects and prioritize tasks when given clearly defined goals and objectives.
• Exceptional leadership skills, ability to build a high performing team and highly proficient communicator, to establish cooperative relationships with a variety of internal and external teams. 
• You have the ability to work with multiple leaders through a complex company to get things done.  You have strong communication skills and can work as both a leader and a valued team member.  
• A passion for customer service and delivering exceptional results.
• Demonstrates flexibility and creative problem-solving skills.
• A sincere desire to help create magical memories.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:

• Ability to move objects up to 40 lbs. 
• Must be able to frequently walk and stand. 
• Occasionally sitting. 
• Occasionally ascends/descends over 6 feet ( Stairs/Ladders).

All supervisors must be prepared to work the entire production run from the load-in to the load-out including Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve &/or Day and New Years Eve &/or Day.
