Partnering with BCTC Leestown Campus to provide CNA training at no cost to the candidate!
Tentative start for training program - March 2024
Candidate must be available to work Night shift.
This course will provide the knowledge and skills for nurse aides to assume the role and responsibility required in an Acute Rehab care setting. Course content will focus on communication, infection control, safety, resident/patient rights, and basic nursing skills.
Candidates will interview and be selected to start in the RNT I role 2-4 weeks prior to the class start date. Candidate agrees to fulfill one year commitment as an RNT/ CNA at Cardinal Hill Rehabilitation Hospital working as a full time hire eligible for benefits and the RNT career ladder program.

- Pass pre-employment requirements same as a new hire
- Go thru GHO and Clinical Orientation
- 8 weeks training (1 class per week) Mondays
- 1 year commitment upon completion of training
- Location - BCTC Leestown Campus (classroom)
- Uniforms and supplies included
- Current BLS certification required. American Heart Association
- Current BLS certification required. American Heart Association
