What are the responsibilities and job description for the Analyst Intern position at Encompass Technologies Development Inc?
Description
Encompass is the most innovative platform digitally connecting the Food & Beverage Industry. In fact, we’re the first to do so! Our ERP software solutions reach all the way from manufacturers to consumers. Our web-based, mobile-friendly solutions improve our customers’ accounting processes, production, inventory and warehouse management, sales and delivery, route planning, and so much more!
Our team is made up of brilliant innovators who move fast, collaborate, and create results for customers’ success. We create best practices, often defining problems and solving them before others are aware of anything other than the status quo. We are out to change the Beverage and Food Industry, by finding better ways to solve problems. You can find out more about Encompass at EncompassTech.com.
An internship with us is where the fun begins. Our hands-on Support Interns learn how to work directly with our customers, setting expectations and managing those expectations successfully. They provide guidance on our product, respond to calls and e-mails from customers, figure out and resolve complex issues, document issues status and resolution, and basically create raging fans. Our Support Interns also interact with the development team on feature enhancements. This is not like Technical Support; it requires applying a cross-functional business/accounting and technical skill set to a variety of customer inquiries.
Compensation for this paid internship is $20/hour. Hours are flexible but interns are required to be available, on-site at the office, for at least 20 hours/week but less than 30 hours/week.
We have the coolest office in Fort Collins, right on the banks of the Poudre in Old Town. If you enjoy working hard, having fun, proving yourself, being a hero to your customers, and grabbing a beer (well... if you're at least 21), you will enjoy this environment.
Please note - Encompass will not sponsor applicants for work visas. At this time, we are only able to consider people who have the following status: Lawful Permanent Residents, Asylees, Refugees, and U.S. Citizens.
