Serving as the friendly voiceand trusted resourceofGenuine Replacement Parts,you will bein constant communication with customers,andsupporting them throughout the entire ordering process. A Typical Day

• Proactivelyrespondto customers regarding product and/or service inquiries via phone, email, and chat
• Greet customers warmly, identify reason for calling and verify account information.
• Properly and accurately document all calls
• Assist with orders, refunds, cancellations, and/or general company information, including company policy or terms of sale.
• Follow-up on outbound calls, assigned cases, and unresolved customer inquiries in a timely manner
• Think critically to provide solutions to customers if their product malfunctions

• You get excited about taking a high volume of in-depth calls while maintaining a friendly and helpful demeanor in troubleshooting

• You know MS Office (Word and Excel); you may not be a master but you're on your way
• You have a High School Diploma and/or combination of customer service experience
