Job Description:
Encora is looking for a Project Manager. As a Project Manager, you should be able to leverage your team leadership skills and software development experience to form high performing development teams, using agile methods, and the most effective and appropriate development tools and processes for projects to generate successful outcomes.
Skills:
- 3-8 years of professional Project Management experience.
- Collaborate with cross functional teams to ensure operational alignment on related policies and processes.
- Experience with stakeholder and business leadership communications, readily providing updates on project status and next steps.
- Demonstrated ability to work within in a fast-paced environment and influence with and without authority in a cross-functional role.
- Someone who has a good hold in managing processes, documentation, updates into systems, case creation, workflow creation in our software
- Experience of working with a mixture of in-house and offshore teams.
- Great communication and collaboration skil
- Exceptional written, verbal and interpersonal skills.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with stakeholders and developers to devise a project management scope of work and detailed plan to deliver the required solutions.
- Be responsible for supervising, tracking and reporting on all stages of the project timeline.
- Generate or integrate project-specific metrics and reports.
- Ensure quality deliverables are produced.
- Manage project risks, blockers and escalations.
- Participate in kickoff, requirement, status, demo and training meetings with clients.
- Embrace agile methodologies and the advantages it brings to communication, flexibility.
- Work effectively with offshore team members.
- Travel to different sites when neede
