What are the responsibilities and job description for the Fabricators 1st and 2nd shifts position at Encore Pro Staffing?

We are searching for 1st (7a-4p) and 2nd shift (3p-11:30p) fabricators for a world class manufacturer in the Southeast Tulsa area. These are trainable positions but the best qualified candidates will have the following skills:

  • manufacturing experience
  • machine shop experience
  • blue print reading ability
  • math skills
  • detail oriented
  • problem solving capabilities
  • mechanically inclined

Candidates must:

  • have a stable work history
  • a self starter work ethic
  • pass a background and drug screen
  • pass a math aptitude test
  • an enthusiasm for learning
