Job Posting for Account Executive at Endeavor Exteriors
The Account Executive is a demanding and rewarding sales position within Endeavor Exteriors. This is an experienced professional-level sales position and a strong history of sales success is required. We also require construction sales experience, as you will be focusing on selling exterior renovation and new construction projects including; roofing, siding, stucco, stone & brick veneer, windows, painting, and gutters on multi-family and commercial buildings.
The Account Executive is a dynamic role that requires a team-based mentality. You will be chiefly responsible for producing quality leads but will also be working with our Preconstruction and Operations teams to service and close these leads. This activity will be documented in the Endeavor Salesforce platform on a daily basis. You will be managing a pipeline of clients with an average sales cycle of 3-12 months.
Salary: $80,000 base salary Commission, 2% of Own Sales**
