The Role And What You'll Do

We're on the lookout for a Designer who masters the art of print and digital production design. As a cornerstone of our branding team, you will translate creative concepts into compelling visual realities. Your domain extends from meticulously crafting mechanical designs to finessing photo manipulations and orchestrating digital asset production. You thrive in an environment that demands precision and creativity, ensuring that every piece of work is not only visually stunning but technically flawless.

  • Mechanical Design Mastery: You possess advanced skills in creating detailed mechanical files, ensuring all technical specifications meet production requirements.
  • Expert Photo Manipulation and Retouching: Your ability to transform images is unparalleled, with a keen eye for detail and aesthetics.
  • Proficient in Digital Asset Production: You're versed in preparing and optimizing various digital formats to ensure the best online presence and print quality.
  • Organizational Prowess: High levels of organization allow you to manage multiple projects efficiently, maintaining file integrity and version control.
  • Best Practices in File Delivery: You ensure that all files are correctly formatted, labeled, and stored, making the design-to-production workflow seamless and efficient.
  • Advanced Proficiency in Design Tools: You are highly skilled in Adobe Creative Cloud applications including Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and Acrobat. Familiarity with Sketch, Figma, and other design software is a plus.

  • Designing: Elevating our client's stories through innovative design solutions that are both functional and inspiring.
  • Executing: Flawlessly delivering final artworks that align with our creative vision and technical demands.
  • Collaborating: Working closely with both creative and technical teams to ensure designs are feasible and align with client expectations.
  • Innovating: Constantly seeking out new technologies and methods to improve the production process and deliver superior results.
